TITLE: Channel Copy COP

This operation allows you to copy channels from the planes of two inputs
into the output image.  An entire vector plane can be copied to a single
channel using any one of the standard mono operations.

For example, you can set the alpha channel of the output image to be
equal the luminance of the color plane of the second input image by
doing:

Examples:
    Target    - [ A ]
    Source    - [ Input B:C ] [ Luminance ]

By default, all of the planes from the first input are passed through
unchanged.

Parameters
    Source/Target - Source is copied to Target.
