TITLE: Handle Object

The Handle Object is designed for manipulating groups of bones with 
several end affectors. It is used in conjunction with the Handle CHOP.
One or more Handle objects may be appended to each bone.

Parameters:
Handle
    Target            - The end affector object.        /target

    Offset            - A translational offset from the origin of the parent.
                                                        /tx /ty /tz

    Weight            - Used to weigh multiple affectors attached to each bone.
                                                        /weight

    Falloff           - Describes how much a handle will affect bones 
                        higher in its chain.            /falloff

    Twist Only        - This option specifies that the handle object only
                        affect the twist rotation of its parent bone,
                        not all three rotations.        /twistonly

    Rotation Limits X - This specifies the min/max rotation     /lrxmin /lrxmax
    Rotation Limits Y - angles of the bone with respect to      /lrymin /lrymax
    Rotation Limits Z - its parent.                             /lrzmin /lrzmax
