TYPE: POP
TITLE: Attribute POP

The Attribute POP is used to add user defined attributes.

The attribute can be a float, integer or vector type. If the local variable
name is not specified, the attribute name (all uppercased) will be used. 
After adding a user attribute, the local variable can be used anywhere
in POPs where local variables are allowed. 

Examples:
    Vector attribute "abc" - Will create local variables
                             $ABCX, $ABCY and $ABCZ
    
    Float attribute "abc" of size 2 - Will create the local
                             $ABC1 and $ABC2

Parameters:
    Activation              - Turns the POP on and off		/activate
    Source Group            - Subset of points to act on
    Name                    - Name of the attribute
    Local Variable          - Name of the local variable, this will be
                              raised to upper case if present
    Type                    - Float, Integer or Vector
    Size                    - Number of elements in the attribute
    Default                 - Default attribute value
    Value                   - Value to set attribute to	/value1 /value2 /value3
