Arm creates all the necessary geometry for an arm, and provides a smooth,
untwisted skin that connects the arm to the body.  It is controlled through
inverse kinematics linked to a handprint.

Parameters:

Arm
    Capture Type      - toggles the capture geometry created between
                        ellipses (for Skeleton) and capture regions
                        (for Capture)
    Arm axis          - Alternates between a left and right arm.
    Radius            - The radius of the capture circles.           /bonerad
    Rotate Hand       - Toggles rotation of hand and wrist to match  /rotatehand
                        orientation of handprint.  A value of 0 means 
                        the hand rotations are relative to the forearm, 1
                        means the rotations are the same as the handprint.
                        Note: the handprint scale transformations must remain 
                        at 1.
    Auto Elbow Twist  - Affects default twist of the elbow joint.    /autoelbow
    Elbow Twist       - Rotation angle of elbow joint.               /elbowtwist
    Flip Elbow        - Uses alternate elbow position solution.

    Clavicle          - Length of clavicle.                          /clavlength
    Humerous          - Length of humerous.                          /humlength

    Hand              - Length of hand.                              /handlength
    Shoulder Joint    - Length of shoulder joint.                    /shoulder

Transforms
    Overview - Each parameter has three animatable fields.     /*#tx /*#ty /*#tz
	       These values are scaled by the bend in the joint.
	First field  - Translate in x.
	Second field - Translate in y.
	Third field  - Scale in z based on original
		       origin (ie. before the two translates).
    Shoulder tab      - Controls the shoulder angles. 		     /shoulder*
    Elbow tab         - Controls the elbow angles.                   /elbow*
    Wrist tab         - Controls the wrist angles.                   /wrist*

End Affector
    Affector Object   - Selects a handprint object.
    Translate         - Translation of default handprint box.       /tx /ty /tz
    Rotation          - Rotation of default handprint box.          /rx /ry /rz
    Scale             - Scale of default handprint box.             /sx /sy /sz
