TYPE: SOP
TITLE: Joint SOP

This SOP is deprecated. Please use the object level character tools instead.

Joint creates a smooth series of circles suitable for skeleton input or
skinning. The set of circles may be used to bridge elbow and knee circle joints.
All inputs must be primitive circles.

Parameters:

Divisions - The number of circles inserted between each input pair. /divs

Preserve Left Input - Preserve the leftmost (first) input circle.

Preserve Right Input - Preserve the rightmost (last) input circle.

Orient Circles - Potentially flip each circle normal to create
                   a shorter path.

Smooth Path - Place circles along a cubic piece-wise Bezier curve
                   between the circle centers.

Smooth Twist - Place circles along Bezier path to ensure continuity
along path, else creates linear paths.

Align Major Axes - If on, it aligns first circle's largest axis to last
                   circle's largest axis.

If off, it aligns first circle's X axis to last
                   circle's X axis.

Minimum Twist - Limit circle twist to +/- half rotation by potentially
blending between first circle's X axis to last
                   circle's Y axis.

LR Scale, LR Offset - Control the shape of the cubic Bezier path
when creating a smooth path of circles.
