NAME
  Products To Install

PURPOSE
  The Products To Install menu lets you
  tailor your Corel WordPerfect
  installation to products you desire.

    Corel WordPerfect 8 GUI and Corel
    WordPerfect 8 Character- based are
    designed as companion products.  By
    installing both, you will provide a
    solution for both X terminal and
    regular terminal users.  Document
    conversion between the
    Character-based Corel WordPerfect and
    the GUI Corel WordPerfect is automatic.

    Corel WordPerfect 8 GUI is based on the
    X Windowing System and has an intuitive
    Motif interface complete with bars,
    rulers, and other productivity boosters.
    It is a full featured word processor.
    Corel WordPerfect GUI has many desktop
    publishing features as well as robust
    drawing and charting capabilities.
    Corel WordPerfect GUI offers enhanced
    tables and spreadsheet handling,
    ExpressDoc templates, QuickFinder, and
    Grammatik grammar checker.  It is file
    compatible with Corel WordPerfect for
    Windows.

    Corel WordPerfect 8 Character-based
    sports a character interface for use
    on a variety of UNIX terminals.  Corel
    WordPerfect Character-based is much
    smaller than its GUI counterpart.  If
    you are in a terminal-only environment,
    you should install Corel WordPerfect
    Character-based only.  If disk space
    and/or memory usage is an issue Corel
    WordPerfect Character-based is smaller.
    Corel WordPerfect Character-based
    includes all the functionality of Corel
    WordPerfect 7 such as columns, tables,
    and graphics integration as well as new
    features like Grammatik, Quick- Finder,
    and ExpressDocs.

  install,
    1  Select the number of the product
       installation, then press Enter.
